Responsibilities:
Assess performance of the assets relative to original underwriting strategies or business plans, competitors, and market conditions
Preparing monthly or quarterly reporting and operating performance analysis of key metrics (Sales, Starts, Closings, Budget Spend, Gross Profit, IRR, etc.) vs. Underwriting
Interacts with third-party lenders and consultants including attorneys, residential builders, title agents, and construction consultants
Review construction draw submissions
Review sale of collateral (takedowns) with third party buyers and title companies
Coordinates asset servicing and reporting responsibilities with internal departments to ensure proper tracking and timely and accurate reporting
Occasional site visits may be required
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in finance, real estate, or a related field
2-5 years of relevant Asset Management experience
Ability to interpret complex legal documents
2-5 years of experience performing complex analysis in Microsoft Excel
An understanding of commercial real estate transactions and industry terms
Strong analytical skills
Must be a self-starter
Highly skilled in multi-tasking and meeting deadlines
