Position Overview:
This position involves coordinating all aspects of computer systems development projects including client interaction, scope definition,requirements gathering, resource management and budgeting/status reporting. You will be ultimately responsible for the successfulcompletion of projects on time and on budget.
KeyResponsibilities Include:
Deliver project on time/on budget
Coordinate client interaction
Assist in project cost estimation and proposal development
Become business subject matter expert for team
Document and communicate business requirements in both verbal and written form
Management of technical staff
Assist with system design
Review/Approve functional specs
Develop and execute system test plan
Manage and track project schedules/status/budget
Position Requirements:
Minimum of six years experience in Project Manager/Business Analyst roles
Rock solid software project management experience
Ability to communicate confidently and clearly - excellent presentation skills
Achievement oriented with high emotional maturity
Strong influencing ability to get work done through a diverse set of people
Congenial personality and responsiveness to client needs
Detail oriented - likes to document
Good listener and facilitator
Firm understanding relational database and web development concepts
Large project experience working with large corporate clients
BS/BA Degree
U.S. citizenship or Permanent Residency required
Nice To Have:
PMI certification
Experience preparing and conducting end user training
Functional experience in Corporate Finance or Oil & Gas
Functional experience in Supply Chain Operations
