Rate of Pay:
The salary range for this position is 66,000-$78,000 depending on experience and skill sets

Full-time, exempt
Schedule:
Full-time (40 or more hours per week, and can reach 70+ hours at peak times)

Position Summary
The Regional Project/Office Director (RPOD) will work in conjunction with the Statewide Program Director to recruit, train, and manage a team of Canvass Managers, Team Leads, and paid canvassers in a regional door-to-door canvassing program. Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and manage the day-to-day activities of the regional team, overseeing all aspects of office management and team member accountability in the region.
Day-to-day management of other members of the project team, including Canvass Managers, Team Leads, and Canvassers.
Support Longhorn leadership in recruitment and training efforts, and collaborate with other departments to ensure regional offices have the necessary resources for successful operations.
Ensure reporting and accountability protocols are followed to provide up-to-date, actionable data and information to leadership.
Manage all operations of the regional office and team.
Qualifications
2-4 years of team management experience, which does not need to have occurred within canvassing programs.
Very well organized with; excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with colleagues and outside organizations and be able to multitask without sacrificing quality of work
Ability and willingness to work a demanding schedule, which can reach 70+ hours per week at peak times and can be expected to include evenings and weekends
Ability to meet deadlines and program goals in a high-pressure environment.
Ability to foster a cooperative, team-oriented work environment
All candidates must possess a cell-phone, laptop computer
Reliable vehicle and proof of driver’s insurance
Plus Qualifications
Experience managing staff in a campaign or organizing environment
Experience in both issue-based and electoral organizing
Proficiency with NGP VAN, Blocks, and/or Google Drive.
Proficiency in Spanish.
Essential Physical Requirements
This position may entail other travel as needed for training and meetings.
This position requires vision/hearing abilities.
