Front Desk Coordinator Job Details Job Location Houston Offices - Houston, TX Description **Your Role:** Front Desk Coordinator
**Your Purpose:**
You will create a welcoming environment for Hartman visitors and answer and direct a high-volume rate of calls to corporate office. You will also support the office services team with various administrative projects.
**Your responsibilities:**
* Answer multiple line telephone system, direct the caller to appropriate associate, and manage calls for the leasing department
* Answer calls addressed to the CEOs and screen for appropriateness
* Manage building vendors and office supplies
* Retrieve, sort, date-stamp and forward all incoming US mail, and package deliveries from various carriers, and create labels for various mail-outs
* Maintain cleanliness of conference room and kitchen break room
* Support office service team by processing new hires benefits package and various responsibilities as needed
