The Position:

We are seeking a Director of Product Marketing with a tremendous work ethic and knowledge of the wealth management industry. Working alongside the marketing, product management, sales and customer success teams, you’ll be responsible for crafting the go-to-market strategy, and creating the product messaging and sales enablement materials that will help drive YCharts’ growth. You will lead a growing team of product marketers focused on creating content to excite and educate current customers, drive demand, generate leads, and influence the sales pipeline for new prospects and expansion opportunities at existing clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead a team of 3 Product Marketers

Own YCharts product positioning and messaging, content development and sales enablement

Fuel the organization with conversion-oriented sales enablement content for all parts of the sales funnel

Strengthen our competitive positioning by conducting regular market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. Utilize insights to differentiate our product, refine messaging, and capitalize on market opportunities.

Be the voice of the customer. Conduct surveys and focus groups to gauge satisfaction levels, product preferences, and pain points. Use insights gathered to refine messaging, product positioning, and feature development to better meet customer needs.

Host webinars and other content-driven videos; connecting new product features & capabilities to compelling webinar topics and talking points

Oversee thought leadership pieces (surveys, decks, white papers, etc.) that position YCharts as a knowledgeable and trusted authority in the wealth management industry

Requirements:

Qualifications and Skills:

BS in Marketing, Finance or Economics

Minimum of 6 years of relevant domain-related work experience

Experience leading a team

Desire and comfort in communicating with clients

Demonstrated knowledge and passion for investing, economics, and/or personal finance

Strong business and creative writing skills/storytelling skills with exceptional attention to detail

Data-driven and conversion-oriented.

Proven process management skills with the ability to design, implement, and optimize, ensuring streamlined workflows, improved efficiency, and consistently delivering high-quality outcomes

Proficiency in YCharts is a big plus
