Job Description: Ownership and maintenance of our B2B marketing automation platform
Help architect data structure across SFDC and marketing automation platform
Oversee user permissions and user management
Monitor IP health / deliverability
Partner with the B2B retention team to ensure they have the data in the format they need to execute their campaigns
Design campaign workflows: validation rules, triggers, and alerts
Collaborate with QA to drive the right test scenarios and testing success of automations and campaigns
Data optimization including database health and user data clean up
Responsible for the evaluation, execution, and implementation of new technology in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
Primary responsibilities include enabling and empowering retention marketing efforts and making it easier for the team to deliver on the business goals
Manage social media
Qualifications: 4-6 years of hands-on B2B experience
Strong understanding of B2B data architecture
Experience with SFDC
Have worked with b2b specific marketing automation platforms (Hubspot, Marketo, SFMC, ect.)
Extremely organized, dependable, self-motivated & process oriented
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to zoom out to view the final product from a customer perspective
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
