Job Description Summary
Working with assigned teams, the Assistant Athletic Trainer will be responsible for the prevention, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation of student-athlete injuries and related illness. This position will receive general supervision and report to the Head Athletic Trainer.

Job Responsibilities
+ Covering practices and team home/away events
+ Evaluate and treat student-athlete injuries
+ Rehabilitation of student-athletes after injury or surgery
+ Performing treatments to prepare student athletes for practice and competition
+ Communicating with team physicians, Coaches, Parents, and student-athletes
+ Medical record keeping
+ Teaching/supervising part-time staff
+ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science and 2 to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. BOC certification in Athletic TrainingMust be licensed in the state of Pennsylvania.
