The Mission of the Ohio Department of Commerce is promoting prosperity by protecting what matters most.

The Division of Real Estate & Professional Licensing helps ensure Ohioans investment in their largest asset their homes is a sound one. This includes licensing, education, and enforcement of Ohio laws for real estate brokers, salespersons, real estate appraisers, appraisal management companies, home inspectors, manufactured home brokers, dealers and salespersons and foreign real estate dealers and salespersons. The division also administers the Ohio registered cemetery and landmen programs, and real estate developments located outside of Ohio that are marketed to Ohioans. REPL also houses the Video Service Authorization program which provides complaint services, education and outreach to cable consumers, local governments, and cable providers.

**What You'll Do:**

* **Team lead in Customer Service Section**

* **In charge of handling and coordinating office supplies**

* **Works with fiscal as the purchasing point of contact**

* **Sends out Non Sufficent Funds (NSF) notices to applicants**

* **Handles heavy load of calls and mail check log and scanning**

* **Working front desk and communicating with incoming customers**

* **Relieves operation manager of administrative and secretarial duties**

* **Responsible for training and cross-training other office staff**

* **Handles sensitive information including faxes, emails and files**

* **Works with administrative software (Microsoft Office, Cavu, etc.)**

* **Other duties as assigned**

The salary for this position is set at Pay Range 29 and will be located at 6606 Tussing Rd, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068.

12 mos. trg. or 12 mos. exp. in office practices & procedures of which 3 mos. involved operation of various office equipment; 12 mos. trg. or 12 mos. exp. in public relations or customer service to include techniques for dealing with difficult people; 12 mos. trg. or 12 mos. exp. in state &/or federal laws, rules, policies & procedures applicable to assigned inquiries, requests, complaints &/or transactions to be processed; 9 mos. trg. or 9 mos. exp. in typing, keyboarding, data entry, or word processing; 9 mos. trg. or 9 mos. exp. in operation of personal computer.
