**Description**
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Acting as second-in-command in their managers absence, taking care of all their duties
* Assisting their manger with operations issues
* Promptly answering question of other staff and customers
* Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with vendors.
* Preparing and filing forms and other documents
* Communicate and coordinate directly with warehouse manager for daily cartage operations planning
Qualifications:
* Entry level position that is open to applicants with a High School Diploma or equivalent
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment
* Excellent computer skills required, Outlook, Word & Excel
* A willingness to learn
* Outstanding interpersonal skills
* Superb organizational skills
* Team player, flexible to fill in in other departments as needed (forwarding operations, warehouse, etc.)
