The Company is seeking a Head of HR Operations to provide leadership and mentorship to the regional HR operations teams in the Americas region. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations processes from hire to retirement, including payroll and benefits. The Head of HR Operations will also be the primary point of contact for the outsourced payroll service provider, managing service level agreements and resolving issues promptly. Experience in HR operations, payroll management, and shared services, as well as a proven track record of leading high-performing teams in a matrix environment, are essential for this position.The ideal candidate for the Head of HR Operations role at the company will have a progressive background in HR operations, with a focus on payroll management and shared services. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and accuracy are required. The role demands a leader who can optimize HR systems and ensure the smooth implementation and maintenance of processes.
