Funnel Leasing Inc., is hiring for an Enterprise Consultant I that will play a crucial role as a partner to our most strategic clients, guiding them through change management and ensuring their success in utilizing our software solutions. You will act as a strategic advisor, leveraging your expertise to drive effective change and maximize the value our clients derive from our SaaS offerings. Your responsibilities will include managing professional services and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The Enterprise Consultant I essential roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Roles and responsibilities

Act as a junior strategic advisor to enterprise clients, providing guidance and support throughout their implementation and adoption journey and converting contracted revenue into realized revenue

Develop a deep understanding of Funnel Leasing's software solutions and become a trusted expert in our product offerings.

Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product, engineering, CX, and finance, to ensure alignment and successful execution of customer initiatives.

Manage professional services engagements, overseeing project scoping, planning, and execution to deliver high-quality results.

Identify and address customer challenges, leveraging your knowledge of property management industry best practices and change management principles.

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, fostering long-term partnerships and driving customer satisfaction.

Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that impact our clients, and proactively provide relevant insights and recommendations.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and methodologies, sharing feedback and best practices to enhance our service delivery.

Travel up to 25% of the time or more as needed.

Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager's discretion

Education, Work Experience and Certifications

Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university; Advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting or technology firms, with a focus on enterprise-level consulting, strategy, or technology implementation.

Proven track record of driving transformative change and delivering exceptional results for large enterprise clients.

Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and their implementation within complex organizational environments.

Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior stakeholders and executive teams.

Deep expertise in change management methodologies and experience navigating organizational complexities and resistance to change.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex business challenges and design innovative solutions.

Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities, with the ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.
