Enterprise Architect Consultant
Reports to: Global Delivery Manager, Professional Services
We are committed to our future growth and building a global team. Today we're looking for a Enterprise Architect Consultant to join us in our New York office. Remote option: For this position, we will consider remote applicants. #LI-Hybrid
You will focus on implementing Professional Services engagements with our customers to ensure maximum value achievement and customer satisfaction, thus positively improving Net Retention Revenue.
On a typical day, you will:
Deliver Professional Services engagements according to internal best practices
Develop plans for Professional Services engagements and track progress
Facilitate workshops to identify customer outcomes and path-to-value using Ardoq
Provide customer training on the Ardoq platform and coach for independence
Guide Ardoq design and configuration to meet customer goals
Implement Ardoq Use Case Guides relevant to customer needs
Exceed customer expectations in Ardoq engagements
Collaborate with Customer Success and Support to resolve issues and blockers
Collaborate internally:
Work with Sales/Presales/Customer Success to understand customer engagement context
Assist Sales/Customer Success in scoping professional services opportunities and writing Statements of Work
Improve delivery tools, techniques, and processes with Professional Services peers and managers
Provide feedback to Product Management and Engineering on Ardoq platform improvements
We imagine you will bring:
3+ years experience with a (SaaS) Enterprise Architecture software product and/or consulting/industry experience in any of the following disciplines: Application Lifecycle Management;
Application Rationalization;
Application Migration/Modernisation;
Application Integration Management;
Infrastructure Technology Lifecycle Management;
Business/Technology Capability Modeling
A high degree of business acumen to ensure the understanding of customer challenges and business processes
Understanding of IT architecture, both physical infrastructure and logical IT ecosystems and environments
Understanding of how Enterprise Architecture can provide value to large and complex organizations
Proficiency in creating and interpreting complex IT diagrams/reporting
