To complement our rapid growth, we are looking for a Commercial Strategy Managerwho will be responsible for accelerating the net new ARR driven by the US sales organization. This role will be part of the Global Business Analytics team and will work closely with counterparts across many departments across the company.

The individual will be expected to generate a team spirit that will drive high performance and demonstrate outstanding professionalism. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have near-term aspirations of moving into a leadership position.

As a Commercial Strategy Manager in JFrog you will... Own the commercialization strategy for all JFrog products

Become the go-to expert in business models, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) & Return of Investment (ROI) for DevOps Tooling

Consult with account managers and customers about the value of JFrog Cloud

Support Sales through analytics - reporting solutions and data insights on customer behavior

Provide recommendations and guidance to leadership on sales strategy and objectives using a combination of business acumen and an analytical mindset

Enable the executive team to own their business and achieve targets

To be a Commercial Strategy Manager in JFrog you need... 5+ years experience in a SaaS organization in a strategic, analytical, or sales role or any combination of the three

High business acumen with a successful background planning, analyzing & executing strategic initiatives to grow annual recurring revenue (ARR)

Strong Excel knowledge

SQL, Qlik, and Tableau experience a plus, and a drive to learn new tools

Extremely detail-oriented with strong organization & time-management skills

Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy across all projects

Excellent verbal and written skills, able to communicate ideas and concepts clearly and concisely

Team-oriented, with a collaborative approach to addressing challenges

Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment

Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field; or equivalent experience required

At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.

This position has a base salary range between $100,000 to $115,000. Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.

This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU). In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

JFrog embraces hybrid work: 3 days in office / 2 days remote.

Additionally, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments.
