We are working with a growing US technology business looking to hire a hands-on IT Systems Administrator into its Corporate IT function.
This is a broad role covering internal systems, identity and access, SaaS administration, endpoint support and employee IT operations.
It would suit someone who enjoys working in a lean environment, taking ownership of problems end-to-end and improving the systems and processes that keep a modern technology business running securely and efficiently.
The Role
You will support and administer the companys internal technology environment, working across identity, devices, SaaS applications, access management and day-to-day employee IT support.

Managing employee onboarding, offboarding and account lifecycle processes
Provisioning and removing system access, licences and permissions
Supporting MFA, authentication and access-control processes
Administering business-critical SaaS applications and collaboration tools
Supporting Windows and Mac endpoints
Managing or supporting MDM platforms such as Intune or Mosyle
Responding to employee IT requests and managing support tickets
Supporting security tooling and access reviews
Maintaining accurate, audit-ready access and system records
Supporting cloud and production-access requests under appropriate change-control processes
Documenting, streamlining and automating repeatable IT processes
Supporting the rollout and governance of new SaaS and AI tools

Additional Advantage
