Seeking a hands-on and collaborative Technology Systems Administrator, the full-time remote position will manage the operation, administration, and support of technology systems, ensuring reliability and security while providing technical support to faculty, staff, and students. Key responsibilities Oversee the administration and operational management of technology systems, including Google Workspace and Veracross, ensuring reliable performance and user access Support the leadership team in technology planning, identifying needs, evaluating solutions, and making recommendations for improvements Maintain technology infrastructure and provide day-to-day technical support, including training for faculty, staff, and students Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Educational Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience At least three years of progressively responsible experience in IT support, systems administration, or network administration Experience administering Google Workspace for Education Familiarity with enterprise or school information systems, preferably Veracross Experience in a K-12 or independent school environment
