Summary:
Looking for a well-rounded individual that can perform a variety of work in the maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds at customer facilities; including carpentry, painting, drywall install/repairs, flooring repairs/install (quarry tile, VCT, Vinyl, Grout). + Drywall install/repairs

+ Roof leaks
+ Snow removal
+ Doors and locks

Education/Experience
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ Applicant must be willing to become part of the carpenters union or show that you are in good standing with the Columbia River Carpenters Union, UBC local 1503.
