INS AND OUTS OF THIS PLUMBING SALES TECHNICIAN ROLE
As our Plumbing Sales Technician, you build a rapport with customers while completing hands-on plumbing services. You troubleshoot and repair a wide range of issues, getting the system and all related components back in working order. As you work, you look out for opportunities to sell the client new equipment or system upgrades. You explain the benefits of these additional products to the customer and encourage them to approve the sale.
Would you be a good fit? You just need to meet these requirements:
Texas tradesman or journeyman plumbing license
Working knowledge of ServiceTitan
Valid Texas driver's license
Ability to follow Elmer's training processes and procedures on every call, every time, all the time
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
Professional and courteous attitude, ability to follow safety policies, and willingness to participate in company-sponsored training
