Role and Responsibilities
Must be self-motivated with little oversight, be a problem solver and be able to work with others
Manage and lead coworkers on the job(s) daily to success
Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, layouts, and specifications and apply them to the project (structural, architectural, civil, plumbing and cut sheets)
Communicate with contractor/job superintendents for scheduling as well as maintain internal schedule
Have experience and confidence installing & understanding boilers, water heaters, tankless water heater, return lines, sewer/storm ejectors systems
Proficiency working with cast iron, copper piping, PVC, CPVC, Pro-Press/Mega-Press
Do as well as manage clean quality work, maintain a clean workspace, take pride in the work completed
Know the current codes for plumbing for USACE, and COSA including graywater piping
Must be able to apply construction hours to a project in comparison to the estimate
Keep track of Materials and Labor for Time and Material Projects
Maintain and repair general plumbing components
Repair and replace domestic hot water system pumps, sump pumps, and sewage pumps.
Promote a safe work environment
Ability to use iPad and or iPhone
Ability to use PRO-Core and Plan Grid
Willing to work in the elements
Must Hold a current State of Texas Journeyman’s license
