Job Description Job Description Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Incremental Business Development Looks for opportunities to provide service value to customers that results in incremental business for Control Southern.
Coordinates the acquisition of items and resources required for incremental business.
Secures customer approval for all incremental business.
Confidently and openly discusses money with customers.
Jointly assist Territory Account Manager with the pursuit of customer sales opportunities.
Develop sales plans for product and services in the dedicated territory.
Develop a geographic coverage model that focuses on B, C and D customers in the territory to make all efforts to grow day to day as well as STO business.
Working with local Account Managers, this position will assist with pursuits at some A customers and some B customers for pressure management and mechanical services opportunities.
Perform Pre Maintenance Service Project Coordination Identify work duration for customer maintenance projects.
Coordinate customer site project walk down tasks for relevant service groups.
Make notes of equipment needed outside of the standard repair needs, i.e. cranes, scaffolding, etc.
Evaluates repair and setup time for each item being repaired
Bundles information to prepare a complete project quote to customer
Coordinates the Scope of work for Maintenance Activities after receipt of PO from Customers Ensures that Field Service Technicians understand work and repair requirements
Checks to make sure all equipment and special needs are secured and identified.
Meets with Customer daily to present updates and reports as needed
Submit time sheets to customer for approval
Presents completion schedule and current cost of job as necessary
Documentation Maintain integrated repair quotations for assigned customers
Prepares detailed repair reports as agreed upon for customer
Consolidates all pricing and repair reports for final approval prior to invoicing

Occasional travel as needed.
Qualifications:
Engineering degree (Bachelor of Science) or equivalent preferred.
Experience in the instrumentation/ process control industry
Knowledge of analyzing, evaluating, diagnosing, and resolving equipment and process-related problems is strongly preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer relation
Adequate hearing and speech/communication capabilities.
Working knowledge of word processor and spreadsheet programs (i.e. Excel and Word).
