Manage multiple projects and develop analysis and ad-hoc reporting on financial and operating metrics, as needed
BA/BS in business, Finance or other quantitative fields;
Minimum of 1-2 years of previous corporate finance/banking/consulting experience;
Knowledge of financial modeling and MS-Excel;
Prior experience in real estate or professional servicesindustry a plus;
Analytical thinker, detail-oriented, high energy level;
Strong communication, influencing and problem-solving skills;
Ability to manage multiple, complex projects and meet deadlines; and
Ability to maintain confidential and professional manner.
