Strategy Analyst

Role Description :
The Strategy Analyst will join our Business Transformation team and will primarily support both the Strategy and PMO functions. This position will work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to all areas of the AMP North America business unit. They should be results-oriented, have a natural curiosity for solving problems and be equally comfortable in team and independent work environments.
Key Responsibilities :
Support VP of Strategy in financial modeling, business metric reporting, and operational support related to the business unit's long-range planning.
Structure, organize and manage a database of customer (brand owner and consumer) and competitor information to be gathered via internal resources and external research to understand industry trends and guide commercial opportunities.
Progress PMO stage gates and initiative execution alongside the Director of Transformation by meeting with initiative owners, documenting progress and issues and facilitating the removal of roadblocks where needed.
Help prepare regional functional PMO content by becoming a super user of the OnePlan tool and managing PowerBI dashboards.
Ability to communicate and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
Qualifications :
University/Bachelor's degree in related subject
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills: can work with large data sets to provide analytical support to all aspects of the business
Excellent oral and written skills
Computer skills: Applicants should possess advanced excel skills and be proficient in PowerPoint for presentation purposes, experience with visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) a plus
High level of dependability and organization
A strong desire to learn new skills and information
Ability to travel up to 15%
