Northrop Grumman is seeking a Director Enterprise-Wide Applications to lead the ERP SAP Organization for Manufacturing and Logistics which covers the following areas: Engineering to Manufacturing interfaces, Shop Floor Systems, MRP, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Logistics which include MRO.
Candidates will need to be local to one of the following locations and will be able to work in a hybrid capacity with a potential of up to 50% travel. There will be no option for full time telecommuting in this role.

There are 3 main expectations for the job.
1. Running the day to day operations to ensure a smooth operational support for those areas being described above.
2. Leading any projects or initiatives related to the areas describe above.
3. Having a strategic discussion with different Operations organization to build roadmap and strategy related to the areas described above.
At this point, the expectation is for the candidate to hit the ground running, to be able to lead the organization and leading the project in implementing the next generation shop floor systems - PEO .
Analyzes, evaluates, modifies, configures, tests and implements enterprise wide purchased systems (e.g. SAP, PeopleSoft, etc.) Prepares application system specifications. Plans, implements and coordinates system upgrades, enhancements or maintenance.
Basic Qualifications
* Demonstrated ability to build and foster effective relationships with others, including ability to interact effectively with senior level management.* Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 15-20 years of related experience in Engineering or Computer Science* 5+ years experience in managing large organization , including managing virtual team.* Candidate must have experience in setting and managing budget.* Have at least 10+ years in SAP , especially in the Manufacturing and Logistics area* Have functional experience in the supply chain, manufacturing and/or logistics area.* Must be eligible and have the ability to obtain and retain a TS/SCI clearance* Candidate must have recognized people leadership success.* Demonstrated ability to interact and partnering with Supplier/Vendor* Demonstrated ability to interact with and present to internal and external customers, as well as executive level management on status, issues and corrective actions.* Proven Program Management experience and the ability to influence and work collaboratively across the corporation.* Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Have S/4 experience, especially migration from ECC to S/4
Salary Range: $181,900.00 - $272,900.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
