Application Developer Senior:
Develop Microsoft Power Platform based software solutions to business problems and automate test coverage per platform capabilities and requirements.
Build highly available, scalable, cloud-based, and on-premise platform and infrastructure.
Develop software solutions for implementation of project, program, and portfolio management in a mixed ecosystem including the tools provided by the Microsoft Power Platform.
Use Azure DevOps to support an automated CI/CD pipeline.
Maintain and support various on-premise and cloud-based analytical applications and servers by applying Microsoft Power Platform expertise in the installation, administration, configuration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, preventative maintenance, capacity planning, monitoring, and security procedures.
Perform the solution design process, including requirements gathering, backlog refinement, project initiation, functional design, and technical design and development.
Initiate and lead root cause analysis efforts to identify and implement solutions to operational issues.
Ensure documentation supporting training, system administration, deployment, and operational processes and procedures are created and well maintained.
Mentor junior Power Platform users.
Consult on proposed Power Platform solutions including design, integrations, data structure.
Support existing integrations written in C#.net.
Work with analysts, security team, architects, and business partners across Starbucks to gather, clarify, and refine requirements.
Design and build both canvas and model driven Power Apps selecting and leveraging the correct backend data store, including but not limited to, SQL, Dataverse, and SharePoint.
Work with vendor support to resolve technical and infrastructure issues.
Consult on and implement other Power Platform tools including Power Automate and Power Virtual Agents.
Telecommuting permitted up to 40% per week.
Full time employment, Monday -- Friday, 40 hours per week. Pay Range: $166,036 - $198,000 per year.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, plus 3 years of experience in an application development related role; or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, plus 5 years of post-baccalaureate and progressive experience in an application development related role.
Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:
Developing on Microsoft Azure cloud platform;
Software development experience with C#;
Designing database-based solutions;
Designing and implementing scalable, distributed, performant, and secure systems;
Using Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, or Kaizen);
Executing in a CI/CD and DevOps Azure environment;
Experience with all of the following: Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint;
Solving complex business problems with no code/low code platforms.
