Key Responsibility:

Candidate should have very strong Epic Production support and ServiceNow work experience.

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with EPIC Bones, Beaker AP, Cupid and Kaleidoscope. Manage architecture and SOP document creation and its maintenance.

Minimum 3 years of experience in handling ServiceNow.

Healthcare IT Background and recent experience with regulatory systems required.

High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiar with SDLC processes and experience

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington as set forth below.
