Accounts Payable Manager:
The Accounts Payable Manager will be responsible for full-cycle Accounts Payable duties.
In this role, the Accounts Payable Manager will work closely with the buying desk, to ensure vendors are on-boarded and requisitions are turned into purchase orders. Working closely with employees across the organization, the Accounts Payable Manager will promote the timely recording of goods receipts and service acknowledgments. The Accounts Payable Manager will report to the Senior Accounting Manager to resolve issues and to ensure timely payments of invoices received.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Accounts Payable invoices
Assist in the reconciliation of goods receipts issues
Respond to inquiries made to the Accounts Payable email address
Reconcile and process transactions for company Purchase Card (PCARD) accounts
Assist with creation of payment runs
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and discrepancies
Process accruals and reclass journal entries
Assist with Account Reconciliation and financial statement preparation
Assist with reporting: KPIs, Invoice Holds, and Cash Disbursements
Ensure A/P compliance with various internal controls, including requisitioning and purchase orders
Assist with internal / external audit requests
Background & Qualifications:
5+ years of accounts payable experience
Experience working with Accounts Payable in an ERP solution, preferably Workday
Experience working in a dynamic and changing company environment
Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines
Outstanding communication skills, interpersonal skills, both oral and written
Position Requirements:
Education:
BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business-related field preferable or relevant work experience.

The annual base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000. The pay scale provided is the range that LA28 reasonably expects to pay as starting base compensation for this role. All LA28 compensation remains subject to final determination based on individual candidate qualifications, experience, or other reasonable criteria consistent with LA28’s operational business needs and applicable law. LA28 does not provide relocation assistance.
