Vision:
The Assistant Director of Drive-thru is a restaurant leader who is focused on higher guest satisfaction, stronger accountability around service, more consistent guest experiences, and improved Team Member skills in Recipe for Service and 2nd Mile Service in the Drive-thru
Roles & Responsibilities:
Set team goals, share the score visually, and celebrate the wins.
Serve as a subject matter expert for hospitality and service.
Develop and implement a hospitality plan.
Identify and implement signature service offerings that go the 2nd Mile.
Model hospitality with Team Members and Guests.
Celebrate Team members' successes in delivering hospitality & excellent service.
Partner with Training and Operations Directors to ensure Team Members are trained on service requirements.
Coaches team members daily on the Recipe for Service and 2nd Mile Service.
Creates a daily focus on goals and specific hospitality behaviors.
Review service processes with Operator and Leadership Team.
Measure Restaurant CEM and Cares performance to identify areas of opportunity for continuous improvement and share with the team.
Train team members on Guest Recovery Model.
Responsible for addressing and responding to Cares comments within 24hours.
Hold quarterly Hospitality Training.
