About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior VP of Strategic Partnerships and Corporate Development to drive key alliances and strategic initiatives that will enhance the company's market presence and fuel its growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partnership and investment strategy, identifying new revenue streams, and nurturing relationships with key partners. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in the technology industry, particularly in digital commerce, marketing technology, or SaaS, and at least 15 years of experience in alliance, partnership, corporate development, business development, or investment roles. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, the ability to influence and collaborate effectively, and a passion for driving innovation and growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Key responsibilities for this position include leading the evaluation and prioritization of strategic partnerships, negotiating partnership agreements, and structuring alliances to maximize value for the company and its partners. The Senior VP will also lead cross-functional teams to execute partnership initiatives, drive thought leadership, and explore new business opportunities, including potential investments or acquisitions. The role is pivotal in the company's trajectory, and the successful candidate will directly report to the CEO, playing a critical role in the company's expansion and success.
