An experienced real estate agent with 5+ years of experience who is looking for the support of a team to thrive through the evolving real estate market. You are coachable, willing to learn, willing to be a team player, and open to accountability.
A real estate agent with 1+ years of experience or a part-time agent looking to harness the power and resources of a team in order to go full-time. Must have a baseline of knowledge in real estate with 3+ years of additional sales, customer service, or hospitality experience.
Recently licensed and driven sales professionals. Must have 5+ years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or similar experience. Must be a high match professionally for our organization and align closely with our core values.

Responsibilities: Continuously prospect and network to build your pipeline of active and motivated home buyers and sellers
Set and convert buyer and seller consultations, we need agents who can convert and close!
Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
Help clients through the home buying and selling process
Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results
