About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Asset Protection Field Operations with a strong background in retail field management and extensive experience in store and shrink operations. The successful candidate will be a proven leader with the ability to create and execute strategies to mitigate profit loss, define standards, and hold teams accountable for performance. This role requires a deep understanding of retail store functions that impact profitability, analytical skills to identify shrink trends, and the ability to lead a team in a dynamic and challenging market. The Executive Director will also be responsible for leading enterprise-wide initiatives and must have the skills to gain consensus and alignment at the SVP level.Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' in retail field management, be experienced in leveraging data and analytics for strategic decision-making, and have a leadership background in retail, healthcare, or pharmacy organizations. The role involves extensive travel and requires the candidate to reside in specific states. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with a preference for candidates with 15 or more years of experience, LP Qualified, or LP Certified, and a Master's degree. The Executive Director will be a trusted thought-partner to multiple Vice Presidents and Region Directors, leading a team to support the company's asset protection pillars and improve the bottom line across a significant number of retail stores.
