About the Team

The goal of TikTok Search team is to offer our users the best user experience and increase user awareness of TikTok search. We are looking for talented Product Managers to focus on global markets. You will work with global functional teams to explore and expand the boundaries of TikTok search.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the safety and compliance requirements of international products' search content, standing in the perspective of search users and regulators to understand the platform and search safety business, and independently complete problem definition, goal decomposition, and implementation.

1. Responsible for analyzing and understanding the current situation and problems of TT's search business safety, and formulate medium- and short-term plans for the problems, clearly defining the problems and corresponding solutions;

2. Continuously analyze product data, deeply understand content safety and search safety, formulate reasonable safety strategy solutions based on user needs, and seek a balance between experience and safety.

3. Design reasonable functions, mechanisms, standards, etc., and continuously promote the development of the search business safety mechanism;

4. Cooperate with the global team, coordinate internal and external resources, actively drive and coordinate R&D, operations and other related departments, effectively promote and solve problems, and ensure the high-quality implementation of projects.

Qualifications

Qualifications

1. Have a clear understanding of search products, understand the operation of search product, and know how to portray and implement safety business;

2. Accept English as the working language and be willing to work overseas for a long time;

3. More than 3 years of product experience, related to search/distribution strategy etc.;

4. Good at communication and collaboration, able to fully communicate with internal and external partners to facilitate good partnerships;

5. Strong sense of responsibility, clear logic, data sensitivity, self-motivation and resistance to pressure

Job Information:

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $144000 - $297480 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
