JOB SUMMARY
Vaco Technology is currently seeking a D365 ERP Analyst for a 6M C2H opportunity that is 100% remote-based. The D365 ERP Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to determine areas for business process optimization to enhance performance, deployments, and the implementation of ERP solutions. The D365 ERP Analyst will install, configure, and maintain ERP Solutions, ensuring secure and optimized systems. The D365 ERP Analyst will assess ERP needs, design, integrate, and deliver ERP functionality. The D365 ERP Analyst must possess STRONG knowledge of ERP Systems in order to successfully resolve integration issues. Establish ERP Needs by Performing Business Process Analysis / Optimization
Analyze Existing Systems / Perform System Enhancements
Write Customized Programs / Scripts - Configure ERP Applications
Develop User Friendly Functionalities / Interfaces
Install ERP Software / Ensure Seamless System Integration
Perform Diagnostic Tests / Resolve Performance Optimization Issues
Provide Technical Support / Training to ERP End-Users - Develop Training Materials on ERP System Changes
Serve as ERP Systems / Processes SME (Subject Matter Expert)
Partner with Technical Teams on Data Migration for New ERP Implementations / Upgrades
Monitor System Performance / Partner with Infrastructure Team to Identify Areas for Improvement
Prepare Development Progress Updates / Document ERP Process
Partner with Technical Teams to Effectively Support / Resolve ERP User Issues
Configure D365 User Roles / Permissions - Enable Appropriate Level of Segregation of Duties for End-Users
Document Solutions Implemented - Business Rules / Flow Rules / Schematics / User Documentation / Processes / Configurations, etc.
Lead Functional Design / Implementation / Maintenance of Specific Areas of D365
Make Recommendations / Shape Business Requirements / Suggest Alternatives to Proposed Solutions
Translate Conceptual User Requirements into Clear / Detailed Functional Requirements
Work with Business / Technical Stakeholders - Develop / Document User Stories / Manage Requirements Scoping Throughout the Delivery Process
Prioritize / Maintain Product Backlog - Participate in Sprint Planning / Assist in Determining Upcoming Spring Objectives, etc.
Participate in Agile Ceremonies (Stand-Ups / Backlog Refinement / Team Retrospective, etc.) - Ensure Clear Understanding of Business Priorities
Work with Development Team to Create Acceptance Criteria / Definitions of Failures / Done
Set Expectations with Stakeholders for Delivery of New Capabilities / Features / Functionalities
