This role would suit an experienced Executive Director that is passionate about care and has experience of managing a 75+ bedded facility. You will be required to focus on providing high-quality care in line with South Carolina state regulations, supporting/developing the well-established team you are leading and ensuring sound financial performance.
The Candidate
The successful candidate must have experience as an executive director within a medium or large assisted living facility.
The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run a successful facility. The position requires a manager who can motivate a staff team, ensure that first class care is always delivered.
Requirements
Experience as an Executive director (Essential).
Licensed RN or LPN preferred
Good financial acumen
History of managing a medium/ large facility & staffing team
South Carolina regulations
Location
The facility is based locally to Fort Mill and is commutable from York, McConnells, Catawba, Lesslie and surrounding area's.
Summary
My client are seeking an experienced Executive Director, who has an evidenced and successful history of managing medium / large assisted living facilities. In exchange, my client is offering a salary of $80,000 – $100,000
