We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to join an organisation in Long Island, during an exciting period of growth. The company are growing by 20% year on year, and are looking to bring their IT operations in house. You will play a crucial role in scaling their IT infrastructure, where you will have a seat at the table when making important decisions on which direction to follow. This role will be a blend of hands-on technical work and management responsibilities, whilst preparing the environment for future growth.
What will you be doing?
Defining, monitoring and reporting on KPIs and SLAs, managing the ticketing system.
Implement IT policies and procedures, creating SOPs and streamlining operations.
Act as a final point of escalation for the support team, managing ongoing projects.
Design, configure and maintain system and network infrastructure.
What do you need?
Experience working across the Azure, O365, AD, & VMware.
5+ years of experience in IT, with previous leadership experience.
Ability to establish, implement & monitor KPIs, SLAs & change management processes.
Experience working in a growing environment & scaling an infrastructure.
