IntelliLogix Account Executive

Santa Barbara-based Strategic Healthcare Programs (SHP), a leader in data analytics and benchmarking, is looking to expand its sales team to bring in new customers across its portfolio of skilled nursing/long term care products. IntelliLogix provides MDS scrubbing and real-time data analytics that helps optimize reimbursement for the care delivered, improve 5-star ratings, and better manage survey readiness.
The Account Executive’s primary responsibility, as front-line sales representative, is driving new revenue for their assigned territory by creating interest among prospects in SHP products and services, turning prospects into clients. This is a full-time remote position within the United States.
IntelliLogix Account Executive Duties and Responsibilities:
Promote, prospect, present, and sell SHP programs and services to long-term care organizations
Meet sales quotas and demonstrate achievement of objectives
Manage sales pipeline across all stages, from lead generation to close
Master SHP product use-cases to deliver effective presentations tailored to prospect’s unique needs
Develop proposals, customize contracts, and negotiate confidently to close deals
Gain industry intelligence through networking, trade shows, market research, etc.
Keep team apprised of critical market feedback
Attend trade shows and travel when required
Keep accurate and timely records and forecasts in SHP’s CRM system
Promote the company brand with excellent written and verbal communication
IntelliLogix Account Executive Requirements and Qualifications:
2-5 years of sales experience in SaaS technology, healthcare experience preferred
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Experience closing complex, multi-solution deals
Strong understanding of long-term care business practices preferred
Excellent presentation skills, both virtually and in-person, with focus on consultative strategies
Strong desire to learn and collaborate effectively with team members
High energy level and self-motivated
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
Pay
Up to $140,000. annual depending upon commissions earned ($70,000. annual base pay, plus commissions)
