We are currently seeking a talented Mid-Level Associate with 4-6 years of experience to join our client’s esteemed Corporate Finance team. They are an exceptional top 100 AM firm with a wide array of corporate, litigation, and regulatory practices.
Our client is currently seeking to fill this position in multiple locations across the country on a hybrid basis.
Locations: New York; Florham Park, NJ; Philadelphia, Washington D.C.; Indianapolis; Fort Wayne; Chicago; Minneapolis; Denver.
The Role
Joining our client’s Corporate practice group, you will provide a full range of services to public and private companies, private equity funds and financial institutions.

About You
Must be licenses and admitted to practice in one of the above locations.
4 to 6 years’ experience in corporate finance and/or working with financial institutions and borrowers in commercial finance transactions, including loan originations and real estate is preferred.
You must have experience in drafting loan, security, intercreditor and related documents.
You must have experience advising on covenant compliance.
Experience in leading due diligence teams and managing specialists is also required.
Excellent writing skills.
Ability to produce well-written document drafts.
A stellar academic background.

Benefits
Starting salary of $180,000 - $305,000 dependant on experience and office location.
Hybrid basis with only 2 days in-office a week.
