Essential Functions…
• Develop and maintain product production schedule.
• Coordinate shipments of product to and from 3rd party re-packer
• Coordinate the procurement of support material.
• Responsible for maintaining purchasing and inventory control systems.
• Manage cycle counting program – including explanation of variances.
• Assist in periodic and scheduled audits to ensure accuracy of inventory data.
• Manage contracts and quality assurances issues.
• Provide procurement services for Production and Processing.
• Analyze, correct, and enter daily data collection systems as needed for department.
• Maintain accurate files.
• Backup team members as needed.
• Set up and maintain all raw material deliveries (schedules).
• Maintain minimum stock dollars.
• Various tasks involving the responsibility of the food safety and quality of company products.
Education and Experience…
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Two years of college with emphasis on business and two years of procurement experience.
• Experience may be substituted for education.
• Basic understanding of General Accounting and Finance.
• Excellent math skills.
• Advanced Computer knowledge (word processing, spreadsheets).
• Ability to work well with people.
• Communication skills are a must.
• Multi-tasked Individual.

• Standing: Occasionally
• Sitting: Most of the day (a minimum of 5 hours)

• Twisting of Spine: Occasionally
• Listing: Moderate (30 – 50 lbs) infrequently
• Carrying: Moderate (30 – 50 lbs) infrequently, distance 100 ft
• Pushing/Pulling: under 75 lbs without assistance infrequently
• Ability to climb: infrequently (less than 10 x per hour)
• Ability to work with arms outstretched to the front
• Ability to move hands and wrists repetitively

For candidates based in CA this position typically pays between 26.72/hr. - 30.73/hr.
