Working in the ecommerce sector, we are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team at k-eCommerce . This person will fuel and accelerate pipeline growth and movement by creating demand for the k-ecommerce platform and nurturing interested buyers. This includes full responsibility for all aspects of demand generation—defining, creating, executing, and measuring integrated campaigns (account-based and/or vertically focused) using a variety of program types and channels (traditional, digital, social, inbound). You are responsible for growth of the lead database, and your main goal is to focus on driving engagement with leads to move them from the top of the funnel towards sales qualified.

On a digital front, this person works to improve our website, including user experience, navigation, flow, etc. to optimize conversions rate of site visitors. This person also focuses on optimizing SEM and paid advertising channels to ensure optimal spend in relation to demand generation efforts.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, and partnering extensively with the marketing, sales, and product teams, this team member is the guiding light when it comes to our pipeline, leading what needs to be done to produce results, what can be optimized to work better, and deciding what isn’t working and should be cut, paired with the ability to measure and report on results with accuracy and clarity.

What will your main responsibilities look like?

In this role, you will be led to:

Demand generation:

Develop and execute high impact, creative campaigns to generate interest and high quality leads, MQLs, SQLs, and sales opportunities.

Use nurture campaigns and other marketing tactics to warm leads up for proper sales hand off.

Collaborate with sales, product, marketing and other internal stakeholders to build high quality campaign content aligned with go-to-market plans, strategic product mandates, and sales directives.

Support partner co-marketing programs and event (virtual & in-person) efforts, as needed.

Website

Manage and optimize CTAs, landing pages, and the lead generation forms to improve conversion rate consistently, own onsite testing and conversion rate optimizations.

Collaborate with the team to optimize conversion paths from marketing channels (social media, email, blogs, etc.).

Measure site traffic and performance; develop the right strategies for effective data analysis and reporting.

Performance marketing

Focus on optimizing SEA and paid channels to ensure optimal spend in relation to lead generation efforts.

Marketing ops: Measurement, attribution, and reporting

Design and deploy a measurable marketing engine, leveraging our tech stack including HubSport (marketing automation) and CRM (Microsoft Dynamics).

Continually measure, analyze, and report on programs across a variety of metrics, including leads, MQLs, opportunities, cost per lead, etc.

Report on channel performance and campaign results; use these results to forecast where optimizations are needed.

What elements of your professional background will be necessary and useful in this role?

You are/have:

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

5+ years of software marketing experience, preferably within B2B SaaS.

Domain expertise in ecommerce a plus.

Highly cross-functional, detail-oriented, with the ability to partner with different stakeholders and teams across the company.

Self-starter with the ability to succeed in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment; you tend to find solutions rather than problems.

Growth mindset—desire to continue to improve, simplify, scale new and existing processes.

Experience with HubSpot and other marketing platforms.
