Their product specialization is focused on high profile, high density urban/suburban (podium, wrap, mid-rise& high rise) [ultra] luxury branded multifamily and mixed use projects.
Position Summary:
Corporate Level conceptual and/or preconstruction leader to play a key role in "bridging the gap" between development and construction for a vertically integrated Owner, developer and builder (in house GC) who has over $1B active in the development pipeline (~$500M under construction). The ideal person will have a strong project management and construction background who is interested in an opportunity to take their career into a Corporate/global business side of things working directly with corporate leadership and delivering efficient, constructible projects to construction operations to execute.
This is a new growth created opportunity that will be working hand in hand with senior executive leadership team at the corporate level managing the full life cycle (conceptual, design, constructability, efficiencies, construction system and material selections, business planning, budgeting, etc..) of high profile luxury projects. Again, this is a significant opportunity with a significant company... very nice design intensive, high profile projects, very well capitalized, significant career growth potential, long-term sustainability, great location, working hand in hand with experienced executive leadership, and the exposure to preconstruction, design, business planning, real estate from a construction management perspective (all projects are owned, developed & built by the company in-house), stability, very active construction pipeline as well as large and very active development pipeline.
Note: Concrete and steel experience is NOT required but rather, the right individual will have the opportunity to be exposed to and learn high rise and mid-rise projects.
