Job Title: Strategic Partnerships Lead - Cyber
Division : Cyber Risks
Reports To : As per Beazley's organisation chart
Key Relationships : External vendors (cyber incident response & cyber risk management), brokers, Procurement, Compliance, Underwriting, Underwriting Management, Claims.
Job Summary : To be responsible for the execution of a comprehensive strategic partnership program. This program will focus on fostering collaboration with internal and external partners, including Beazley Security, to support the achievement of key business objective within the Cyber Risks division. The role will involve identifying, establishing, and nurturing strategic alliances that align with the division's goals, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the organization's cyber risk management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategy to manage the Cyber Division's strategic relationships with external partners including but not limited to:
Close coordination with the Claims team to maintain a cohesive and effective global network of service providers that can support the Cyber Risks division objectives in managing and responding to cyber incidents worldwide
Managing all aspects of Beazley Response international panel vendors, as well as other service providers, for incident response-related work by ensuring (i) prudent and efficient panel management, (ii) onboarding and offboarding of vendors on a global scale, (iii) overseeing quality control & complaint management and (iv) fee structures and negotiations with partners across various regions.
Crafting and executing a comprehensive forward-looking strategy for global management of vendors within the Cyber Risks division such as (i) optimizing the divisions worldwide vendor relationships (ii) streamline processes and (iii) ensure the effective utilization of external resources to support the organization cyber risk management goals on a global scale
Working with the cyber claims team leadership to ensure that the global vendor management strategy remains aligned with the overall objectives and priorities of the cyber claims function
Working with the Underwriting Management team and other relevant internal stakeholders to manage all elements of Cyber Risk's relationships with third-party providers on a global scale. This includes managing providers who can offer cutting edge attack surface management solutions, cyber threat intelligence services and various cyber risk mitigation platforms and tool utilized worldwide. of attack surface management, cyber threat intel, and other cyber risk mitigation platforms and tools.
Developing global vendor partnerships for proactive risk management services (including the "RMO" program) for the benefit of Beazley insureds with an emphasis on providing opportunities for Beazley Security but always with the primary goal of ensuring the best outcome for Beazley's policyholders
Support other assignments within the Cyber Risks Business Management team, as require
The key responsibilities are intended to deliver the following outcomes:
Ensure Beazley possesses market-leading, competitive vendor solutions & services to supplement Beazley's insurance offerings.
Ensure Beazley's cyber offerings can adapt to changing demands and in particular in response to material catastrophic cyber developments such as systemic cyber attacks, software vulnerabilities
Ensure Beazley Security is given the opportunity to develop broad relationships with Beazley's policyholders.
Ensure competing broker cyber offerings in the incident response and risk management space are monitored and potentially incorporated where not to the detriment of Beazley or Beazley Security's own offerings

Personal Specification:
Education & Qualifications
Graduate equivalent education and/or qualifications
Post-graduation work experience a plus
Industry certifications related to information security or privacy a plus
Skills & Abilities
Experience with managing vendors in the forensic, legal, public relations and/or cyber security solutions.
Experience with handling incident response matters and knowledge of claim handling procedures
Experience with technology that can help automate and replace manual processes
Good understanding of the drivers of insurance markets
Good understanding of the financial drivers of insurance companies
Quantitative and financial modelling would be advantageous
Ability to think through the long-term impact of potential options
Excellent report presentation skills allowing for the clear presentation of key facts
Knowledge

Salary for this role will be tailored to the successful individual's location and experience. The expected compensation range for this position is 90k - 120k USD per year plus discretionary annual bonus. You will be able to discuss your salary expectations should you be contacted about this role.
