We make certain that your bravest idea is also your smartest idea. We believe marketers have been given a false choice - you can either be brave OR you can be smart. We reject the limitations of OR in favor of the power of AND. For us, this mission goes well beyond just the work we make on behalf of brands. It is the foundation of everything we do. We have structured our agency to eliminate the tension and complexity that clients face when building successful go-to-market strategies.

A key member of the HR team, this role requires a proactive and strategic approach to talent management, combined with the ability to effectively handle operational tasks to ensure a smooth HR function. Recognize and address potential employee relations issues proactively, mediating difficult interactions and escalating issues to higher level when necessary.

Cultivate partnerships with employees and frontline managers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Lead conflict resolution meetings and initial investigations of HR issues, ensuring fair and timely resolution.

Serve as a team leader for agency initiatives and projects, providing guidance and direction to cross-functional teams.

Manage programs, policies, and procedures to support the agency's culture and facilitate large-scale organizational change initiatives.

Enforce HR policies consistently and ensure adherence to ethics laws, standards, and policies through training programs and audits.

Take immediate and appropriate action regarding reports of unethical behavior or conflicts of interest, serving as an ethical role model for the organization.

Analyze HR and business metrics to inform decision-making and develop business cases for HR projects and initiatives.

Maintain functional knowledge of agency business units, collaborating with stakeholders to address operational concerns and stakeholder feedback.
