Lead Product Marketing

Job Description:

We are a team of curious, customer-obsessed and data-driven strategists, looking for a dynamic, action-oriented product marketer to join our team and drive strategic growth initiatives at AT&T.

In this role, you will:

Develop data-driven marketing strategies to drive offer awareness and increase wireless sales across key segments; identify new ways to reach our customers

Conduct research and competitive analysis to evaluate product, pricing, promotion and distribution, make recommendations to evolve plans with new insights

Work with cross-functional teams to define strategy and go to market plans, promotions and post-campaign reporting

Serve as the subject matter expert on segment and performance, able to read out to leadership

Support growth initiatives, including new offer development and execution

We’re looking for a problem-solving, adaptable leader with:

5+ years’ experience in marketing, sales, project management and/or business development

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Collaborative team player and relationship-driven leader, able to foster strong working relationships with internal and external partners and rally team around goals and timelines

Open minded and thoughtful, evaluates data and different perspectives before making recommendations

Possess outstanding written and oral communication skills, experience writing marketing messaging; proficient in MS Office suite

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA

2+ experience writing marketing briefs, marketing messaging

Experience in any of the following areas: Military, Education, Healthcare

Our Lead Product Marketing role earns between $128,400 - $215,800 USD Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
