Job Duties for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
Process AR transactions
Prepare cash receipts for processing
Perform account reconciliations
Assist with collection efforts
Work with project managers and accountants on projects
Ideal Candidate for the Accounts Receivable Specialist Role:
Must be able to process a high volume of work in a very fast paced environment
Detail oriented, self motivated, and excellent communication skills
Possesses multitasking abilities, excellent problem solving and decision making skills
Analytical mindset and time management abilities
Has a positive attitude and is willing to take on any challenge
Must enjoy working with a variety of different people
Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
3+ years of AR/collections experience required
Proficient Excel skills
Experience using Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint a plus, but not required
