Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in rehabilitating brownstone properties, specifically, excavation, foundations, additions, structural work on these properties, and managing high-end interior renovation projects. This is a unique opportunity to work on some of the most prestigious and challenging projects in NYC.

Description
Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and zoning laws
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, architects, and other stakeholders
Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management and clients
Profile
Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on brownstone rehabilitation and high-end interior renovations
MUST HAVE experience with excavation, foundations, additions, and structural work on brownstone properties.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations specific to brownstone properties
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
