About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for the Mid Market group. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling the company's innovative health and benefits solutions into the employer ecosystem. This role requires a proven ability to navigate complex environments, a passion for solving customer needs, and the integrity to operate successfully within the healthcare ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successful sales to senior-level executives, be adept at identifying and executing sales processes for suitable accounts, and work closely with strategic partners to drive new business. A consultative sales approach, strong presentation and communication skills, and the ability to run the entire sales process from prospecting to contract closure are essential.The role demands a Bachelor's degree, residence in the southeastern or midwest US, and the willingness to operate within Central and Eastern business hours. Candidates for this role must have experience in selling health and/or benefits solutions to self-insured employers, working with benefits consultants and health plan account managers, and be familiar with the benefits environment and processes. Energy, discipline, and the motivation to work independently are key, as is the ability to travel within the territory.
