What's in it for you? Competitive Compensation: $130,000 to $160,000 with On Target Earnings of $200,000.

Key Responsibilities for the Regional Vice President: Provide oversight for two distinct business territories spanning Oklahoma and Texas, with direct reporting to the CEO of the PE-backed Home Services platform.
Lead and motivate frontline and operations teams to enhance productivity, instill a culture centered around key performance indicators (KPIs), and uphold professional standards.
Develop and implement operational strategies aimed at driving profitability and fostering growth, including meticulous review of monthly profit and loss (P&L) performance, conducting weekly KPI meetings, and proficient budget management.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer concerns, ensuring optimal satisfaction levels.
Maintain a thorough understanding of industry regulations and ensure strict compliance within the business operations.
Regularly evaluate work quality and customer service standards to uphold our reputation for excellence.
Foster brand loyalty and enthusiasm through positive team interactions, cultivating a strong sense of belonging and commitment.
Qualifications for the Regional Vice President Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in management or supervisory roles.
Demonstrated prior experience as a General Manager within residential service-focused trades.
Essential trade experience in Plumbing, HVAC, or Electrical fields.
Proficiency in P&L analysis, budgeting, expenditure control, and marketing strategies is mandatory.
Proven track record of driving teams using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and exhibiting strong business acumen.
Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Proficient in utilizing field management software and information dashboards.
Exhibit strong leadership skills that inspire and motivate team members.
Display exceptional customer service abilities, possess keen attention to detail, and demonstrate comprehension of financial statements.
