About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Development to drive the growth of its store network and accelerate new unit expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming the sales function into a best-in-class operation, with a focus on matching or exceeding annual new store sales targets. This role involves building and executing strategies to maximize store retention and growth, as well as creating processes for effective franchise administration and documentation. The Vice President will also be expected to lead a high-performing sales team, manage resource investments, and work closely with the leadership team to influence the overall strategic direction of the business.Applicants must have a minimum of seven years of experience in franchise sales and administration, with a proven track record in sales management and team development. The role requires a strategic and innovative mindset, strong analytical skills, and a demonstrated ability to drive new unit and multi-site sales. A Bachelor's degree is a mandatory requirement. The ideal candidate for this position at the company will be a dynamic leader with a passion for challenge, capable of providing thought leadership in franchise administration processes, and adept at building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally.
