Salary: $60,000 - $85,000 per year

Our client is a very well-established and respected electrical contracting firm with headquarters in Houston and numerous locations throughout the US and they are licensed to work in 15 different states. They specialize in hospitality, hotel and multifamily projects including primary and secondary, lighting, building electrical, fire alarms and other low voltage systems. They have grown from 16 employees to over 130 in the last few years alone and with a solid backlog of work, they are continuing to grow!

Job Details
Currently they are looking for both Foreman and Superintendents in the San Antonio area with multifamily and or hospitality project experience.
Responsibilities:
Perform all electrical tasks on site as needed with general supervision and assistance throughout all operations within the contract documents as specified. Responsibilities include the following:
Install feeders.
Wire and conduit sizing.
Underground layout coordination and rough-in.
Layout and preparation for electrical installation.
Trouble shooting motors and system controls.
Switchgear and device installation/termination.
Possess the skills and trade set of the job titles of lower hierarchy (Apprentice Electricians).
Fully comprehend the NFPA 70 National Electrical Code as well as electrical theory.
Field management of electrical projects and implementing measures to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
Ability to work a minimum 8 hours per day with a minimum weekly total of 40 hours per week (overtime as required with prior approval as needed).
Requirements: 4+ years of Electrical Experience and experience managing labor and installation of crews.
Proficient in understanding process equipment electrical schematics and wiring installation.
Knowledgeable on scopes of work and recognizing contract/change order requirements.
Must have an excellent understanding of NEC, and familiar with NFPA & NESC.
Current driver's license and have ability to provide own transportation to/from job site locations. (Job site locations are not always served by public transportation.)
Current Journeyman License and/or equivalent experience.
