Director, Programmatic Partnerships

Triton Digital is the global technology and services leader to the audio streaming and podcast industry. Operating in more than 80 countries, we provide innovative technology that enables broadcasters, podcasters, and online music services to build their audience, maximize their revenue, and streamline their operations.

Triton is seeking a candidate proficient in the programmatic sale of audio inventory, with technical understanding of supply-side exchange operations, and campaign management from the agency and marketer perspective. The ideal candidate would network with US agencies and brands to increase interest and demand for digital audio inventory from top-tier Broadcasters, podcasters and on-demand audio platforms accounts. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate would optimize campaign success for buyers and brands while increasing revenue for Triton publisher clients. Collaborate and join our select senior broadcast sales representatives as they present to key agency contacts; guiding deals to the best success rate – both revenue and deliverability. This position reports into the Global Head of Revenue and is expected to deliver high-level strategic communication to our demand and supply partners.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strategic advertising partnerships with digital advertising agencies and advertisers throughout the United States

Manage all elements of the agency partnership for each agency partner assigned.

Utilize experience and agency relationships to increase interest in the value of digital audio and advocate for increased spending across Triton’s domestic and/or global audio scale.

Cultivate relationships and continual engagement with agencies in the US as a thought-leader for audio and to meet their on-going needs for deal curation, transparent reporting and successful return on advertisers’ demands.

Take a lead role in shaping the technical response to the rapidly evolving needs of buyers as lead in demand-side vertical within the Triton Revenue Team

Build relationships internally and externally to maximize the potential growth for Triton Digital as a trusted, knowledgeable advocate.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience with programmatic exchanges, selling, managing or trading advertising campaigns to/for brands and/or agencies.

Experience working with C-Suite and senior-level executives.

Exceptional communication skills, written and oral, as well as excelling in distilling complex technical concepts to meet the audience’s varied levels of understanding.

Agile to work autonomously and well as collaboratively with an internal team in 10 time zones.

Ability for light travel within the United States.

Passion for operational workflow efficiency and helping internal and external partners navigate programmatic channels to successful outcomes.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce. Looker, Open RTB and VAST protocol is a plus
