As an Executive Assistant in the Network and Edge group you will:
Organize and manage extremely complex calendar schedule(s) for one or more managers, maintaining executive's agenda and assisting in planning appointments, customer meetings, conferences, etc.
Make extensive travel arrangements and prepares expense reports.
Provide support for departmental events, quarterly events and recognition as well as coordinating activities across the organization, events, conferences, F2Fs, etc.: Plans and organizes the events, prepares agendas, coordinates all logistics.
Exercise diplomacy, tact, and judgment in interacting with a wide range of constituents at varying levels of an organization including staff at all levels, administration staff; customers.
Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments and maintains in depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies.
Demonstrate strong accuracy and attention to detail while taking the initiative to manage logistics of the department/division such as maintaining divisional organizational charts, phone distribution lists and divisional logistics needs.
Coordinate activities to ensure division goals are met, plans and coordinates administrative procedures and devises ways to streamline processes.
Effectively mentor and integrates new admins and ensuring all admins understand department procedures and expectations. Uses strong organizational skills to improve the efficiency of administrative processes.
Work closely with the Senior and Executive administrative staff, demonstrates strong verbal/written communication skills and work well on an executive team both individually and as a team member. Demonstrate strong customer service orientation and uses discretion and judgment to ensure applicable private/proprietary business information, data, transactions and correspondences maintain confidentiality and sound judgement.
Other duties as needed.
The Executive Assistant should possess the attributes below:
Willing to work with all Microsoft tools, Intel tools, purchasing and finance systems. Additional duties include managing tactical projects, general administrative duties such as order supplies, CR coordination, generating shipping memo, etc.
Willing to work to thrive and continuously learn in a dynamic, innovative setting, showcasing a growth mindset, quick adaptability, and a strong commitment to efficient execution.
Strong project management, problem solving skills, excellent organizational and impeccable multitasking skills with attention to details and strong follow through to meet deadlines.
Demonstrated thought leadership and cross-group collaboration skills.
Extremely flexible; adaptable to an evolving fast paced environment, works well under pressure, manages assigned tasks/projects willing to reassess/and prioritize deadlines for upcoming commitments and responsibilities.

Qualifications: You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
What we need to see (Minimum Qualifications):
Candidate must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent with 9+ years of experience.
4+ Years Experience as an executive assistant or administrative assistant to senior managers.
4+ Years Experience coordinating travel arrangements.
4+ Years Experience managing complex calendars.
How to Stand out (Preferred Qualifications):
5+ Years Experience working with engineering teams.
5+ Years Experience with multi-site and multi-geo teams.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in
US, California:$68,910.00-$103,490.00 (Hourly Role)
S al ary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
