A 24 year old sales and operations consultancy and outsourcer, is seeking a skilled sales professional with proven selling skills and a track record of individual selling into Dallas Law Firms. This has a strict focus on identifying and rapidly winning new clients and has a pathway to full partnership and profits participation. You are a driven go-getter with real sales skills, have sold in an entrepreneurial environment and are highly money motivated.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prospecting, intensive cold-calling, working your law firm rolodex, social media and leveraging personal and professional relationships to identify and win new opportunities.
Working with prospects to define and close sales in a rapid sales cycle environment.
Closing new sales (90%) and growing existing clients (10%) for the company.
Tracking and reporting progress in our CRM and reporting daily is mandatory.
QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrable personal sales discipline and integrity.
Well trained in the basics of street-level, personal selling.
Must have a demonstrable mastery of sales.
Proven track record in winning new sales, prospect presentations, and the ability to leverage social media.
Preferred industry experience in addition to law includes staffing, staff augmentation, back office operations, call center services, credit and collections services, administrative support staffing and outsourcing in general.
Consistently exceeded sales targets.
Self-driven, likes to team but does not need hand holding.
OTHER
Travel is local - 90% in Texas, 10% elsewhere. Company HQ is in Dallas
You will work directly with the Managing Partner
This is a Partner track position with enormous profits participation possible
Your performance will have to be proven
Your compensation will be based on the intensity of your activity and deals closed
Base plus commissions.
